When I was a young girl, I would often watch my mother baking her famous Irish Soda bread in our small kitchen. I used to stand and admire the way her hands moved through the flour with such love , skill and passion and I fell in love from that moment with food, cooking and baking.

As I grew up I watched her cook and then after watched many chefs where I worked create such wonderful food and dishes. I tried to recreate the dishes and taught myself new ones. I decided to go to culinary college and learn the techniques and skills to further advance my knowledge.

 Now I want those who I cook share the delight and joy of a true meal experience.
